Refund Policy
At PergAI, we adopt a transparent refund policy. Please read the following refund terms carefully.
1. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Terms
Users who have not yet spent any credits can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date without providing any reason. In case of refund approval, the full amount paid will be refunded via Lemon Squeezy.
2. Digital Content and Credit Exception
Image generation processes performed by AI models are considered "Instantly Performed Digital Services". Therefore, refunds for spent or used credits are strictly not possible. Once a transaction is initiated, the service is deemed to have been performed.
3. Technical Failures and Erroneous Transactions
If an image cannot be generated or the result is corrupted despite the credit being deducted due to a system-related technical error, credits may be returned to the account after the investigation following the user's report. In this case, the principle of credit refund instead of cash refund applies.
4. Subscription Cancellations
In case of subscription cancellations, users can continue to use their existing rights until the end of the period. No partial cash refunds are made for the remaining days of the cancelled period.
5. Submitting a Refund Request
You can submit all your refund requests by sending an email to contact@pergai.com or using the "Request Refund" link in your Lemon Squeezy invoice.
