At PergAI, the security and privacy of your data are our top priority. This policy transparently explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Data Controller and Collected Data

Email addresses, names, billing addresses (via Lemon Squeezy), and images you upload while using our service are processed by us. Your payment card information is collected directly by Lemon Squeezy under PCI-DSS standards; PergAI never accesses or stores this sensitive financial data.

2. AI Processing and Use of Data

The product photos you upload are temporarily processed through cloud-based AI models (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, etc.) to perform edits according to your request. This data is not used for training models unless explicitly approved by you or required by the terms of the relevant service provider.

3. Data Retention and Security

User data and generated images are stored on secure servers using industry-standard encryption methods (AES-256). Upon account deletion, all your personal data and images are permanently deleted, except for data that is legally required to be retained (billing records, etc.).

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Your data is never sold to advertising agencies or data brokers. Your data is shared only with our technical partners (Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare, Lemon Squeezy, etc.) necessary for the provision of the service, on a "need-to-know" basis.

5. User Rights

6. Cookies and Analytics

Cookies are used on our website for session management and to improve user experience (Google Analytics, etc.). You can restrict the use of cookies through your browser settings.
