Cancellation Policy

You can flexibly manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time. PergAI commits to a user-friendly cancellation process.

1. Subscription Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription at any time, without any additional fees, through the "Billing" tab in your user dashboard or by using the "Manage Subscription" link in the Lemon Squeezy emails sent to you. The cancellation is processed immediately.

2. Rights and Access After Cancellation

When the cancellation is performed, you can continue to benefit from all features and credits provided by your premium plan until the end of the current billing period. At the end of the period, your account will be automatically moved to the "Free" plan and no new billing will occur.

3. Data Retention and Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription does not mean that your account or data will be deleted. You can continue to access your generated images and history. If you want your account to be completely closed, please follow the procedures in our privacy policy.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

In digital subscriptions, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the performance of the service has started (when the first image is generated). However, if no transaction has been made during the subscription period, the right to a full refund within 14 days after purchase is reserved.
